Every meal at Areca is cooked fresh in our in-house kitchen by a trained cook, using clean ingredients, home-style spices and a simple principle — food should taste like home. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily on a weekly rotating menu, with dietary options for Jain, low-oil and low-spice preferences. No outsourced tiffins, no stale leftovers, no compromises on hygiene.

Our kitchen runs on a simple routine — sourced fresh daily, cooked in small batches, and served hot. A home-style vegetarian menu with regular Gujarati, Punjabi and South Indian rotations keeps meals interesting without chasing trends. Hygiene is non-negotiable: open kitchen, FSSAI-certified practices, and clean dining area, inspected daily.
